Our written warranty covers workmanship for one year on cosmetic work and longer for major-system installs, according to manufacturer terms for HVAC, roofing, and similar systems. If something is wrong, you call Lake & Oak Co.—not the trade partner. We coordinate the fix.
How do you vet your specialists?
Every specialist must clear license verification, insurance review, reference checks with prior customers, and a trial job we observe in person. We continue working only with specialists whose work meets our standard and whose punch lists close cleanly.
